- Identify features of testicular torsion, including examples of torsion with preserved blood flow;
- Recognize features of testicular/epididymal appendix torsion;
- Detect epididymitis, orchitis, and complications such as abscess, pyocele and testicular infarct; and
- Discuss the role of ultrasound in the setting of scrotal trauma.
